How it Works
    1. Candidate or Recruiter expresses the need for a well-written resume
    2. Recruiter provides promotion to their "Career Center"
    3. Candidate contacts the Career Center via toll-free number or online
    4. Career Center manages payment, writes, the resume, and sends the finalized resume
        back to the recruiter
    5. ResumeTarget sends commission to the Recruiter at the end of every month

Each Recruiter will receive:
    - A commission per service based on the candidate's total purchases
    - Choice of private label career center or through ResumeTarget.com
    - A percentage discount promotion code to provide candidates
    - Marketing Materials:
            - Business cards to promote resume services and promotion code
            - Email signature link
            - Banner for website
            - Monthly articles about job search trends and resume writing tips that promote your
             career center
            - Access to an email marketing system to send articles, promotions, and messages to
             candidates
