Position Summary:

The Recruiter will be an integral part of the Sales team by discussing recruiting strategies with job seekers for a variety of different industry roles.​ Success in this role will depend on your ability to talk to job seekers and assist them with providing feedback on their current job search and providing suggestions. – Talk to potential candidates via phone interview
– Solicit referrals from contacts and candidates
– Cold call to discuss opportunities with candidates
– Interview potential candidates over the telephone
– Prepare candidates for interviews with clients
– Provide hiring recommendations and recommend companies candidates can apply to
– Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
– Be well-informed of different industry companies


– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work in a team environment and independently
– Proficient at internet navigation, blogging and searching
– Experience utilizing an ATS or CRM
