They know exactly what they are looking for.<\/p>\n<p>Every executive placement firm understands the needs and desires of each industry and niche they specialize in. But it is up to executives to make sure that they are working with a firm that understands them, as well as their specific industry.<\/p>\n<p>In today\u2019s world, only the savvy few will make it. And those that don\u2019t want to change to stay on top? They get left behind.
