Contact the hiring manager<\/h3>\n<p>I know this can be daunting, but you have to at least try it in order to get your foot through the door. You may even know the person who posted the job! It can\u2019t get any better than that. Find the right HR person<\/h3>\n<p>Probably the best way to get hired is to find the hiring manager. But if this is not possible, you can always use LinkedIn to find someone inside the company and ask them to deliver your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resumetarget.com\/\">executive resume<\/a> to the right hiring manager or HR department.<\/p>\n<p>When someone receives a resume from a co-worker, even if they don\u2019t know him or her, they almost always pay attention to it.<\/p>\n<h3>9.
