If your cover letter begins with \u201cTo Whom It May Concern\u201d, you have already made your first mistake. You should do your absolute best to include the hiring manager\u2019s name at the top of your cover letter.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re lucky, the name will be included on the job posting, or in the email address that you are submitting to.
