Your interview length matches your career complexity.
We ask the questions you can't ask yourself.
By how many years you've been working. That's it.
Count all of your experience, whether it's in your target field or not. If you want that experience on your resume, we need time to discuss it.
Changing careers or industries? Start at 45 minutes, whatever your years. A career change means covering two stories instead of one, and 30 minutes will not do it.
Before your interview, your writer will have already reviewed the job postings you provided and developed a custom interview plan. During the call, your writer asks targeted questions - probing to understand your career history, your achievements, and the value you bring to a potential employer. It's a real conversation, not a form.
It happens, and it is fixable. If we run out of time we can schedule another 30 minutes for $150.
We ask you to pick by years of experience because it is the one thing you can answer accurately without knowing anything about how we work. Longer career, more to cover.
One thing worth knowing before your call: what we discuss is what we write about. The revision period refines what is already on the page, it does not add career history we never talked about. So if something matters, raise it during the interview. Read our full revision policy.
As soon as you complete your payment, you'll get access to your online portal. Click Client Login at the top of our website or use the link emailed to you. Your first task is to schedule your appointment using the calendar we provide.
Appointments are available within 1-2 business days from the time you complete your payment. Rush services are also available at checkout if you need to get started sooner.
Tip: We ask you to provide us with examples of job postings you're interested in. We recommend completing your payment, scheduling your appointment, and then finding your target job postings. Give us at least one business day to review your profile and the jobs you've provided before your interview.
Two things: how much of your career we can cover, and who writes it.
Everything else is the same at every length: your own interview with the writer who writes your resume, a custom cover letter, 14 days of unlimited revisions and the 90 day interview guarantee.
Yes. The person who interviews you is the person who writes your resume. We don't hand off your project to someone else.
Your first draft is delivered within 3 business days after your interview - not 3 days after payment. For example, if your interview is on Monday, you'll receive your first draft by Thursday.
