Unlike interview coaching (a single 60-minute session focused on interview skills), career coaching works with you over multiple sessions to build and execute a complete career action plan with ongoing accountability.
How often do we meet?
That's up to you. Sessions are scheduled on your timeline — weekly, every two weeks, or whatever pace works for your situation. Each session is 1 hour via video call. Between sessions, you have access to your coach via email and chat for follow-up questions, quick feedback, and accountability check-ins.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on where you are in your career. Some clients get clarity in a single session. Others benefit from a block of 5 sessions to build and execute a full career plan. You can pay $250 per session or purchase a block of 4 sessions for $999 and get the 5th session free. No refunds are issued for unused sessions, but you can pause if needed — just let us know in advance.
What happens after I pay?
Once your payment is complete, you'll get immediate access to your online folder. From there, you can schedule your first appointment with your coach using the calendar provided, and upload any documents — such as your current resume, job postings you're interested in, or notes about your career goals — for your coach to review before your first session.
Can I add other services like resume writing?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Many clients add professional resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, or resume distribution to their coaching program. Your coach can recommend the right combination based on where you are in your career.
