Career coaching is a structured 3-month program focused on career direction, goal-setting, and strategic job search planning. Unlike interview coaching (a single 60-minute session focused on interview skills), career coaching works with you over time to build and execute a complete career action plan with ongoing accountability.
How often do we meet?
Sessions are bi-weekly (every two weeks) via video call. Between sessions, you have access to your coach via email and chat for follow-up questions, quick feedback, and accountability check-ins.
What's the minimum commitment?
The program has a 3-month minimum commitment (6 bi-weekly sessions). You can pay $150 per session or save $100 by paying $800 upfront for the full program. No refunds are issued for unused sessions, but you can pause if needed — just let us know in advance.
Can I add other services like resume writing?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Many clients add professional resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, or resume distribution to their coaching program. Your coach can recommend the right combination based on where you are in your career.
What if I need to pause the program?
Life happens. If you need to pause, just notify us in advance. We'll hold your spot and pick up where you left off. No refunds are issued for unused time, but we'll work with you to make sure you get the full value of the program.
