Our rule of thumb is based on two things:
Before your interview, your writer will have already reviewed the job postings you provided and developed a custom interview plan. During the call, your writer asks targeted questions - probing to understand your career history, your achievements, and the value you bring to a potential employer. It's a real conversation, not a form.
Our pricing is based on how much time we spend working with you. We need enough time to ask you the right questions about your career, go over the jobs you're targeting, and ask specific questions based on what those jobs are looking for.
If you go over your allotted interview time, we can reschedule an additional 30 minutes at a cost of $150. No refunds are given for booking the wrong interview length.
Important: If we don't collect enough information during your interview, what we have is what we write about. You cannot use the revision process to add new content that wasn't discussed - revisions are only for updating and refining the information already on your resume. Read our full revision policy.
As soon as you complete your payment, you'll get access to your online portal. Click Client Login at the top of our website or use the link emailed to you. Your first task is to schedule your appointment using the calendar we provide.
Appointments are available within 1-2 business days from the time you complete your payment. Rush services are also available at checkout if you need to get started sooner.
Tip: We ask you to provide us with examples of job postings you're interested in. We recommend completing your payment, scheduling your appointment, and then finding your target job postings. Give us at least one business day to review your profile and the jobs you've provided before your interview.

Yes. The person who interviews you is the person who writes your resume. We don't hand off your project to someone else.
Your first draft is delivered within 3 business days after your interview - not 3 days after payment. For example, if your interview is on Monday, you'll receive your first draft by Thursday.
